If you simply change your mind or choose the wrong fit for your home, you are fully covered under our 30-day policy. Return shipping is completely free, covered by the company, and you are eligible for a full refund or an exchange of equal value.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To protect hygiene standards for our luxury textiles, returned items must comply with the following criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and inside their original product packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Exclusions: Items showing clear signs of post-delivery consumer use, washing, or intentional damage do not qualify for a refund under our hygiene policy.
