We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at Eluxury Bedding.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible orders — you will not be charged for return shipping, and we do not deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
3. Clearance & Sale Items
Clearance and sale items are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy as full-price items. No exceptions apply based on discount status.
4. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact our customer care team with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including but not limited to pillows and mattress protectors, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Any such exclusions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.
8. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, the simplest path is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact our customer care team if you’d like help coordinating an exchange.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of us confirming receipt of your return, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still have questions, contact us and we’ll look into it.
